What is your returns policy?If one of our creations breaks or has slipped through our quality control, please send a photo and we will put another one in the post for you A.S.A.P.

How long will my order take to arrive?The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, once the payment is completed. We ship from Bali, Indonesia. We use expedited shipping, so your purchase should be with you in a week.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?Your order should take roughly 1 week to arrive. If it still isn't with you after 3 weeks, please contact us at hi@nishiibo to let us know and we will arrange to have it resent.
